Our objective is to offer a one-stop shop for the development of wine knowledge, both in a structured manner through WSET courses - ideal for trade and consumer alike - and fun events, which are less serious. Our Managing Director, Martin Straus has a lifetime of experience in wine and wine education, both professionally and as an enthusiastic consumer of good wine - which is not necessarily about price, but value and appropriate for the context - either drinking on its own or with food.

We are happy to assist with a wide range of wine queries, such as what wine to drink, what foods and wines go together (and why or why not), wine & health, and perhaps advice on a career in wine.
